Privacy
Short, because we collect almost nothing.
No analytics, no tracking, no cookie banner. The only personal data we hold is what Stripe passes us when you buy, and this page says exactly what that is.

This site collects nothing
Reading this site leaves nothing behind. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no cookie of ours — which is also why you have never seen a cookie banner here. The only JavaScript on the page is a small script that fades sections in as you scroll. It stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere.

What we receive when you buy
Payment happens on a page hosted by Stripe, not by us. We never see or hold your card details. What Stripe passes back to us is your name, your email address, the amount paid, the reference for that payment, and whatever you filled in at checkout about your store. That is the whole of it.

What we do with it
We use it to do the work you paid for and to reach you about it: to write the dossier, to ask you a question if your answer left room for interpretation, and to send you the dossier. We also need it for our own invoicing and tax records. We do not use it to market anything to you later, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else sees it
Three services, each doing one job. Stripe takes the payment and holds the card details we never see. A private team channel of ours receives a notification when an order comes in, so that an order is not missed — that notification carries your name, your email and the amount. Cloudflare serves this website. Nobody else receives your data, and no dossier we write ever names you to a supplier.

How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to keep them, which is seven years. Correspondence about a dossier we keep while the work is running and for a year afterwards, so that we can answer a question about your own dossier later. After that it goes. If you want it gone sooner and no tax rule stops us, ask and it will be.

Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to receive a copy in a portable form. You can object to how we use it. One email is enough, and we answer within a month. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into, because we do not run accounts.

If we get it wrong
Tell us first — PLACEHOLDER_REPLACE_ME@konsekt.com reaches both of us directly, and most things are faster to fix than to complain about. If that does not resolve it, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in PLACEHOLDER_REPLACE_ME, or to the one where you live.

What this page does not yet cover
We plan to let customers connect their store so that we can pool anonymised category data. Nothing of that exists today, and no store is connected. When it does exist, it will need your explicit consent, asked separately and never bundled into a purchase, and this page will describe it before the first store is connected rather than after.
Any question about your own data goes to PLACEHOLDER_REPLACE_ME@konsekt.com. A person answers it, not a ticketing system.
